The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, left for Visakhapatnam on Saturday morning to launch India’s first nuclear-powered submarine, the INS Arihant.
Dr. Singh will arrive at the Eastern Naval Command (ENC) airbase INS Dega here by a special IAF plane along with his wife Gurusharan Kaur, Defence Ministry colleagues and a host of defence personnel.
Gurusharan Kaur will break the coconut on the hull of the indigenously built submarine at the Ship Building Centre in Visakhapatnam around noon.
‘Ari’ means ‘enemy’ and ‘Hant’ means ‘the killer’.
The 6000-tonne submarine will undergo sea trials for two years before being commissioned for full service. To maintain secrecy, the submarine was always referred to as an advanced technology vessel.
The submarine, which has taken eleven years to build, will also undergo harbour trials for its nuclear reactor and other systems.
The INS Arihant has been built under the Advanced Technology Vessels Programme at a cost of 3,000 crore rupees at the Naval Dockyard in Visakhapatnam.
With the launch of the submarine, India will join the exclusive club of US, Russia, China, France and the UK who have similar capabilities.
According to sources, the nuclear reactor of the submarine has been developed at the Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam.
Nuclear submarines are powered by a nuclear reactor, which generates high levels of heat that in turn drive a steam turbine, which rotates the propeller.
The “INS Arihant ” is armed with nuclear-tip ballistic missiles. DRDO and BARC scientists described the launching of the nuclear submarine as a historic and challenging achievement.
India used a nuclear submarine leased by Russia from 1988 TO 1991. New Delhi has since signed an agreement with Moscow for the transfer of a couple of nuclear -powered Russian-Akula class submarine, one of which is expected to be inducted by the Navy later this year.

The story of the horns. When Craig Berntson was at the x-mas shopping at the year 2003. He saw the horns and decided that he had to get them for Robert :D . He held on to them until the MVP Summit in April.He emailed him before going and arranged a meeting with him on the last day of the Summit (Wednesday). But, Sunday evening, Robert was in the lobby of Craig's hotel, so Craig gave them to him then. Good thing...everyone loved them as he wore them constantly during the event.

Me,Myself Manoj , a basketball player of my school love to play basketball but due to the injury on my leg i was no able to play for a month , then another month i went to camp .When i returned back the first one to meet me was our school principal ,he enquired about the the camp to me because i am being the leader ,then he told me suddenly that you have to attend the basketball coaching otherwise i will be suspended from the school .Then i asked about it to my friends they told that they stood out the school for a day because not going for basketball coaching ................now scared and going...............We the basketball team ...........sharing our feelings..........

This is One of Raman's Flight Experience..............

Raman: He was going on a flight to his home and he is a bit late at night , so he started to sleep . the flight started shaking and he was disturbed from the sleep and he started to ask himself .what is going on? Then he realized what to do when a flight reacts like this , so he said to himself relax rama relax…..relax….relax… then a voice from the intercom came saying that “this is me ,captain ,there is a small trouble in the flight ,so please put on your seat belts, Thank you”.

Then raman started to sweat a lot and he was singing a sad song to him self .Then some noice came from the Flight Ding! dang! dung! Raman started to ask to himself am I going to Die. This was directly from New York to India and it was half empty , it has been three hours in the flight when it started to trouble and the plane also started to drop a couple of times. And then he looked around ,saw that he was the only one awake ,then he asked to himself why I should be the only one to awake here ?

So he started to pretend as if he is ok ,then he listened to some music but he was not able to judge what music is it (Britney or shakira)because of the flight’s noice, so he throwed it ,before that he never uses to get sick at a flight but now he feels like getting it, then his brother called him and then he woke up then he realized that it was a dream ,then the real thing happened when his family went to his motherland ,they enterted the flight but raman went under the seat ,his mom cam and asked his brother sitharaman where is raman ,then from under the seat he gave the reply “I am here mom”.

Then his mother told him to sit on the seat but he dint do that ,then his mother said ,if you r not going to sit on the seat I will tie you here itself ,then he obeyed but his heart beat went up ,but his brother sitharaman was going on reading then the flight engine started to roar (flight moves ) Raman shouted at his brother how can you still read at this kind of situation? The flight was pushing raman’s back into the seat, then raman went of to sleep but his brother was still reading the book .

Then the news from the intercom came “that there is a trouble in the flight “ then his brother started shivering and thought of awaking up raman but he was afraid a bit ,then he went to the toilet cried a lot for going to die like this in a flight .but he remembers the theor y that one or one day every one is going to die, so he kept calm ,the flight is going to land off ,as it goes down raman suddenly shouted God save me followed by the scream of his brother ,God save this flight ,all the passengers were disturbed and all of them shouted because of raman……………….To Be Continued……………………

The saga of Flight 19 is probably the most repeated story about the Bermuda Triangle. The planes, and their pilots, even found their way into the science fiction film classic, Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Where is Flight 19 now? Well, in 1991 five Avengers were found in 600 feet of water off the coast of Florida by the salvage ship Deep Sea. Examination of the planes showed that they were not Flight 19, however, so the final resting place of the planes,and their crews is still the Bermuda Triangle's secret.

No incidence was discussed so precisely, like the case of „Flight 19“ on December 5, 1945. One reason could be, that not just one, but just exactly five bombers of the type Grumman IBM Avenger of the US Navy disappeared traceless.

Now just to ask , what do you think about it ? What could be the actual reason ?.................

i spent every day about four hours to practice basketball ,then i am a little bit improved ,our school dint even give jersy(basketball uniform) for us .The first match i entered was our school district match ,but we lost the match ,tried harder and harder and we won two matches of a tournament that is , we went till the semi-finals of that match ......play.......play.......play......I found that my skills have improved a lot .I went for the Tamil Nadu Basketball state selection [H.D.J.F.J] .I was selected in that ,whole of my family were happy but later came the news after a week ,that the match has been canceled .My heart broke .....felt like my life gone.......but still i tried .Even though i tried and got selected in some times ,it dosent work because only money works there (that is rich boys have been replaced for us )this happed for me and for one of my friend also ...we were sad but our true skills made us to select by a club known as VENUS at present i am playing for that.................

It was during 6th standard that i joined in a new school , we had physical teaching periods ,i always use to play basketball with my friends but i actually don't know any thing about it.I dint even know the rules and regulations of it but i liked that game so i continued to play it only during my P.T periods ,a year passed , during my 8th standard i loved that game . Every day evening selected basketball players will be trained.One day after school i waited to meet the coach ,his name is Mr.Sanmugavel,i waited for him for about one and half hours ,after which he came and dispersed the boys ,i was a bit afraid of him because he was a bit angry always, so i avoided to speak with him, then this went on for a month and so every evening .Even the Basketball boys avoided me because i don't know any thing. later that coach went of and a new coach came ,Mr.Prabakaran.this young man of age 26 was kind and encourageable to me ,when i went for selection he selected me due to my height only but later when he comes to know that i did not even know the style to catch a basketball ,he was shocked and then he thought me each and every step but i was always outside of the game because i had no skills ,then begin my hunger of view to basketball.........

So i decided to play but first it told me registered to play , so then i registered it .do you know then what happened? ,suddenly power went down ,which made me to shutdown my computer , then after two hours i turned on and i am surprised to see i that i have won 1,00 ,000 million dollers , i dint even play anything but how come it be then i understood that is a spam because of the help of my friend because he also had a same experience like this first , but it was totally different they asked his adress for sending the money he gave , after that they asked Rs.10,000 ,so he dint want to waste money ,then he left it , do you know what e-mail that he received .They sent him that if he fails to pay the money then he will be killed , 2 0r 3 times they sent him like that after which they left him ......
